How it works: Everyone that signs up comes for a day of pick-up basketball, where they will be “scouted” by the designated team captains. After the scouting has concluded, the captains will get together and hold a LIVE Draft (snake draft format, 1-10, 10-1). We have found that the draft format creates a strong level of parity in the league, so most of the games are extremely competitive, and any team can beat any team on any given day. In addition, it provides everyone an opportunity to compete against players at their similar level, because each team will have players drafted near the same place you were.
