HOW IT WORKS: Everyone that registers will participate in a pick-up basketball game where you will be "scouted" by the designated team captains. Once the scouting session concludes, the captains will hold a LIVE Draft (snake draft format, 1-10, 10-1). We have found that the draft format creates a strong level of parity in the league, so most of theg ames are extremely competitive, and any team can beat any team on any given day. In addition, it provides everyone an opportunity to compete against players at their similar level, because each team will have players drafted in each round.
The season concludes with a 3pt Contest and All-Star Game after the Championship Game!
